The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially released the notification for Phase 13 Selection Posts 2025, announcing a total of 2,423 vacancies across various departments and ministries of the Government of India. In this notification, opportunities with qualifications ranging from matriculation (10th pass) to higher secondary (12th pass) to graduation. This exam is conducted by the Staff Selection Commission. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

  • Matriculation Level Posts: Candidates must have passed Class 10 from a recognized board.
  • Higher Secondary Level Posts: Candidates must have passed Class 12 from a recognized board.
  • Graduate-Level Posts: Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

Age Limit

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: 30 years (age relaxation applicable as per government norms)

Application Process

  • One-Time Registration (OTR): Complete the OTR process by providing basic details on the official website.
  • Filling the Application Form: Log in using your registration credentials and fill out the application form.
  • Uploading Documents: Upload scanned copies of your photograph and signature as per the specified format.
  • Payment of Application Fee: Pay the application fee online through debit/credit card, net banking, or UPI.
  • Final Submission: Review the application form and submit it, take a printout for future reference.
Selection Process
  • Computer-Based Examination (CBE): Objective-type questions covering general intelligence, general awareness, quantitative aptitude, and English language.
  • Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates from the CBE will be called for document verification.

Indicative Syllabus for Computer-Based Examination (CBE):

(A) General Intelligence: The test paper will consist of questions of a non-verbal type. The test will include questions on similarities and differences, space visualization, problem solving,analysis, judgment, decision making, visual memory, relationship concepts, concepts, discriminating observations, figure classification, arithmetical number series, non-verbal series, etc.

(B) General Awareness: History, Culture, Geography, Sports, Economic Scene, General Polity including Indian Constitution, and Scientific Research, and also Current Affairs, etc.

(C) Quantitative Aptitude: Number Systems, Computation of Whole Numbers, Decimals & Fractions and relationship between
Numbers, Fundamental arithmetical operations, Percentages, Ratio & Proportion, averages, interest, Profit & Loss, Discount, use of Tables & Graphs, Mensuration, Time & distance, ratio & time, time & Work, etc.

(D) English Language:  Basics of English Language, its vocabulary, grammar, sentence structure, synonyms, antonyms & its correct usage, etc.
